Clear terms for a straightforward conversation.

These pages are my private domain portfolio. They are invitations to enquire—not binding offers, auctions, financial promotions, or promises that any particular use is legally available.

1. Who operates these pages

The operator and domain owner is Ciarán Paul Roche. You can contact me at CiaranPaulRoche@gmail.com. References to “I”, “me” and “my” mean Ciarán Paul Roche.

2. No offer; no deal without a signed agreement

A listing, reply, conversation or expression of interest does not create an option, reservation, agency, partnership, duty to negotiate or binding sale. I may decline or end a discussion, and I may withdraw a domain from availability, at any time before a written sale agreement is signed by both parties. Price, taxes, fees, payment route, escrow, transfer timing, warranties and every other transaction term must be agreed in that signed agreement.

3. What a sale would include

Unless a signed sale agreement says otherwise, a transaction covers only transfer of the registered domain name after cleared payment through an agreed secure marketplace or escrow process. Concept artwork is illustrative and may be included only if the agreement says so. No company, trademark, licence, certification, regulated permission, website, software, content, traffic, customer, lead, revenue, data or goodwill is included.

4. Your due diligence

You are responsible—before relying, negotiating or buying—for your own legal, trademark, technical, tax, valuation, financing, regulatory and commercial review. Nothing here says a name is available as a trademark, lawful for your proposed use, exclusive beyond the registration itself, or suitable for healthcare, finance, aviation, care or any other regulated activity. Examples are ideas, not advice, forecasts or claims about demand, traffic, revenue or value.

5. Responsible use

You may not use these pages to scrape data, interfere with security or availability, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive material, or pursue fraud, infringement or regulatory evasion. Links and third-party transaction services are independent; their terms and security controls apply.

6. Intellectual property

The page design, writing and original concept artwork remain mine unless a signed agreement expressly transfers identified rights. You may evaluate a listing for a possible purchase, but you may not copy, publish, sell, train on or commercially exploit the presentation or concepts. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

7. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law permits, these pages are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement or transaction outcome. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, loss of data, or decisions made from these pages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific sale agreement will control the transaction and may contain different negotiated protections.

8. Privacy

If you contact me, I receive the information you choose to send—normally your name, contact details, organisation, the domain you mention and your message. Hosting and communications providers may process routine technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, security logs and email metadata to deliver, protect and maintain the service. I use this information to answer enquiries, assess a possible transaction, prevent abuse, keep necessary business/legal records and comply with law.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information. I do not sell personal information. I keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, security, legal obligations and dispute records, then delete or anonymise them where practicable. Providers may process data in other countries subject to their safeguards. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access, correction or deletion; email the address above. I may retain information where law or legitimate record-keeping requires it.

9. Pennsylvania law and disputes

These website terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a court action relating to these pages may lawfully be brought in Pennsylvania, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts serving Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

10. Changes and severability

I may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms govern use of the listing pages; a signed domain-sale agreement governs any completed sale.
